Hotel Promotion (by Travel Credits) Singtel Terms and Conditions
OVERVIEW

The promoter of this Hotel Promotion (by Travel Credits) Singtel Campaign (the "Promotion") is Singtel Telecommunications Limited, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (UEN: 199201624D), with its principal office at 10 Eunos Road 8, #07-31 Singapore 408600 referred to herein as the "Promoter".

The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (UEN: 201923399W), with its principal office at 1 Harbour Front Ave, Keppel Bay Tower, #05-02 Singapore 098632 (“Administrator”). All correspondence regarding this Promotion should be directed to this address or through the Promotional Helpline set out in Point 28 hereof.

The Promotion is powered by Travel Credits and features hotel bookings via a dedicated platform operated by the Administrator at https://singtel.travelcredits.com/profile.php.

Customers of the Promoter are entitled to the following Hotel Discounts under this Promotion:

15% off hotel bookings for all customers of the Promoter

20% off hotel bookings for customers who are existing Red and Prestige members of the Promoter

Instructions on how to enter, how to redeem the reward, and the mechanics of prize redemption form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Any person intending to enter this Promotion (“Entrant”) must agree to the following conditions of entry:

This Promotion is open only to customers of the Promoter who are residents of Singapore and remain so throughout the Promotional Period.

Entrants must be Singtel customers aged 18 years and above at the time of entry. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain consent and be represented by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised representative to participate.

The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, and Singtel customer status at any time and to disqualify any Entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
KEY DATES

Platform Login Credentials Retrieval Period: Platform login credentials can be retrieved from My Singtel app between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026 (or such other date and/or period as may be determined by Singtel).
For the avoidance of doubt, customers will not be able to retrieve Platform login credentials from My Singtel app outside of this period.

Promotion Hotel Booking Period: Bookings using the Platform under your Platform login credentials must be made between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026.
For the avoidance of doubt, no new bookings under your Platform login credentials can be made outside of this period.

Eligible Travel Period: Hotel stays must be scheduled between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2027, inclusive.
For the avoidance of doubt, any hotel stay that is scheduled outside of the travel period will not qualify for the discounted rate.

Expiry: Login credentials will expire on 1 Aug 2027, which is the last day customers may access the Platform. Between 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, access is limited to viewing past bookings only; no new bookings can be made.
HOW TO ENTER PROMOTION AND CLAIM HOTEL DISCOUNT

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, Entrants must be a customer of the Promoter with at least one active postpaid Mobile, Broadband, or TV line.

The Hotel Discount is available in limited quantities on a first-come, first served basis.

Each Entrant may claim only one (1) Hotel Discount code. The same Hotel Discount may be used for multiple hotel bookings during the Promotional Period.

Entrants must follow the steps listed below to claim their Hotel Discount code:

The Entrant must retrieve their Username and PIN for the Hotel Booking Platform via the Promoter's mobile app (“My Singtel App”). This can be done through ‘View My Rewards’ > ‘Travel’ section of the mobile app.

The Hotel Discount code includes login credentials in the format (Username-PIN), which are required to access the platform.

The Hotel Discount code is unique and non-transferable. Entrants are strictly advised not to share their login credentials with others. Any misuse of unauthorised use may result in termination of access without compensation.

Entrants must follow the steps listed below to redeem the Hotel Discount:

When ready to browse or book accommodations, the Entrant must access the Hotel Booking Platform at https://singtel.travelcredits.com/profile.php and log in using their Username and PIN.

Upon login, the Entrant will be able to view the applicable 15% or 20% hotel discount (as determined by the Promotion). The Entrant may then select their preferred hotel and proceed with the checkout process.

The applicable discount (15% or 20%) will be automatically applied to the final payment amount. A booking confirmation email will be sent to the Entrant upon successful completion of the transaction.

The Hotel Discount is strictly non-transferable and must be utilised only by the Entrant to whom it has been awarded. The hotel booking must be made under the full name of the Entrant, and the email address used during booking must match the one registered on the Promoter's mobile app.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify identity and may cancel any booking that does not meet these conditions.

For issues related to Platform login credential retrieval, Singtel customer eligibility, or My Singtel app, customers should contact Singtel via My Singtel app.

The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to the Promotion or its terms without prior notice and to cancel or terminate the Promotion at any time, provided that a minimum of one (1) week's advance notice is given.

Participation in this Promotion is available online only. Access to the internet is required to enter and redeem the Hotel Discount. Any cost associated with accessing the Hotel Booking Platform is the sole responsibility of the Entrant and depends on the internet service provider used.

The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communication networks, including but not limited to email blockage or incoming call rejections. If an Entrant enters using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/ addresses/aliases, the said Entrant may be disqualified.

The Hotel Discount is subjected to the Terms & Conditions detailed in Schedule 1.
OTHER GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Promoter reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.

Without limiting any other terms of these Terms and Conditions, the Hotel Discount must be utilized as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement.

In the event the Promotion is unable to proceed as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter or the Administrator reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.

The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from an Entrant redeeming the Hotel Discount. Entrants should seek independent financial advice.

The Promoter is not liable for claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.

Entrants must not:

tamper with the entry or participation process.
-
engage in any conduct that may jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
-
act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner.

do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion.

breach any law; or
-
behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

the use and/or taking of a Reward.

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason, including by outside act, agent or event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or the Administrator, including but not limited to technical difficulties, epidemic, pandemic, government directive, public health orders and the like, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter or the Administrator reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any direction by a relevant regulatory authority:

to disqualify any Entrant; or

to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

Participation in the Promotion is conditional on an Entrant providing the Administrator with Personal Information (PI) necessary to conduct this Promotion. the Administrator will use, and handle PI as set out in the Administrator's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.tlcworldwide.com/privacy-policy/. If any dispute arises between an Entrant and the Promoter or the Administrator concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a Reward, the Promoter and the Administrator will take reasonable steps to consider the Entrant's point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence they put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter and the Administrator decisions in respect of the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

No compensation will be payable to any person if an Entrant is unable to participate in the time and manner set out in these Terms and Conditions for whatever reason.

For queries related to the Hotel Discount code redemption on the Promoter’s mobile app, eligibility, or in-app access, Entrants should contact the Promoter via the chat function in the mobile app.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. Entrants provide information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Entrants completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
SCHEDULE 1 – ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL DISCOUNT REWARD

Customers of the Promoter are entitled to the following Hotel Discounts under this Promotion:

15% off hotel bookings for all customers of the Promoter

20% off hotel bookings for customers who are existing Red and Prestige members of the Promoter

Discount applies to accommodation bookings made via the booking platform, subject to the availability of participating properties at the time of booking. The accommodations list is dynamic and may change based on promotional availability or operational adjustments. Please note that bookings are limited to travel accommodation only and do not include other services available on Expedia, such as rental cars or other travel-related products.

There is no limit to the number of bookings that may be made by each Entrant during the Promotional Period.

Bookings must be made via the dedicated Hotel Booking Platform only.

Customers must make their bookings at least 3 days in advance from the intended check-in date. Same-day or next-day bookings are not permitted under this Promotion.

The Hotel Discount and login credentials are strictly non-transferable and must be utilised only by the Entrant to whom it has been awarded. The travel accommodation booking must be made under the full name of the Entrant. Any booking made using a different name or email will be considered a breach of the Promotion's Terms & Conditions and may lead to the deactivation of the Travel Credits booking platform account.

The registered Entrant must be physically present at the hotel during check-in and stay. A person cannot book on behalf of the registered entrant. Additional verification may be required. The Administrator has the right to ask proof of identification for verification purposes (e.g. English vs Pinyin name) through call or email.

The Administrator reserves the right to cancel any booking that is found to be non-compliant with the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion. No refunds will be issued for any bookings that are cancelled due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to name/email mismatches, unauthorised transfers, or unapproved bookings.

Cancellations and amendments are subject to the hotel’s individual cancellation policy, which can be reviewed under ‘Your Documents’ after login.

To cancel or amend a booking, Entrants must log in to the Hotel Booking platform, click on “My Bookings” > “Cancel/amend booking”. If assistance is required, the Entrant is to send a request in writing, by email to singtel_cs@travelcredits.com between 9:30am to 4:30pm on weekdays, excluding Singapore Public Holidays. Requests much be received no later than an hour before close of business. Request of cancellation or amendment cannot be guaranteed, some Supplier/Principals do not allow changes and therefore full cancellation charges will apply.

Penalties or charges may apply for cancellations outside of the eligible window, or for non-refundable bookings.

Refunds for cancelled bookings (where applicable) will take at least 30 days to process, in accordance with PayPal’s refund policy.

REPORTING A LOWER RATE FOR REFUND CLAIM

Entrants who identify a lower-priced hotel offer for the same property, room type, and travel dates on another travel platform may submit a price difference claim to the Promotional Helpline.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of completing the original booking on the Hotel Booking Platform.
-
Supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, URLs, and booking details) is required to process the claim.
-
A refund voucher will only be issued after the Entrant completes their original hotel stay. The Entrant must fulfil the booking (i.e., complete the trip) to be eligible. The refund cannot be applied to or used for the current booking.

Upon successful verification and subject to the Administrator’s eligibility criteria, the Entrant may receive a one-time issuance of a hotel discount voucher equivalent to:

The price difference between the original booking and the verified lower-priced offer; plus
-
An additional 20% of the verified price difference.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a promotional voucher (non-cash equivalent) and can be used toward a future booking on the Hotel Booking Platform.

These refund vouchers are non-transferable, not applicable to current bookings, and may be subject to expiry dates and specific usage terms as determined by the Administrator.
