  1. What is this promotion about?

Singtel is offering exclusive discounts on Expedia hotels and more for all Singtel customers from 1 Aug 2025 – 31 Jul 2026:

  • 15% off hotel bookings for all Singtel customers
  • Upsized discount of 20% off hotel bookings for Prestige & Red members

Valid on all hotels listed on our dedicated booking platform. No cap on number of bookings!

This promotion is administered via Travel Credits and features hotel bookings via a dedicated platform at https://singtel.travelcredits.com/

 

  1. Who can qualify to participate in this promotion?

This promotion is open to all Singtel customers. Eligible customers can retrieve a set of login credentials to access the booking platform and enjoy the discounts. Login credentials are issued in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

  1. When does the promotion start and end?

The promotion runs from 1 August 2025 (12:00am) to 31 July 2026 (11:59pm).

During this period:

  • You can retrieve your login credentials (Username–PIN) from the My Singtel app.
  • You can make discounted hotel bookings via the platform using these credentials.

Outside of this window, you will not be able to retrieve credentials or make new bookings.

 

  1. What is the eligible travel period for discounted hotel stays?

Hotel stays must be scheduled between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2027, inclusive.
However, all bookings must be made within the promotion period of 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026.

Stays outside the travel period or bookings made after 31 July 2026 will not be eligible for the discount.

 

  1. When do my login credentials expire?

Your login credentials will expire on 1 August 2027. Between 1 August 2026 and 31 July 2027, you may continue to view past bookings, but new bookings will not be allowed.

 

Promotion Redemption

  1. How do I participate in this promotion?

From 1 Aug 2025, all Singtel customers can claim their unique login credentials (Username–PIN) via the My Singtel app. These credentials are required to access the booking platform.

Here’s how it works:

  • Retrieve your login credentials from the My Singtel app. They’ll be stored in your app for easy access anytime.
  • When ready to browse or book accommodation, tap on ‘Use Now’ to be redirected to the booking platform
  • Log in using your Username and PIN - your discount will be automatically applied.
  • You can use the same login for multiple bookings during the promotion period – so claim your code early to maximize use!
  1. How do I redeem my login credentials on the My Singtel app?

Go to My Singtel app > ‘View My Rewards’ > ‘Travel’. Tap ‘Claim Now’ to retrieve your unique set of login credentials. Your credentials will be in the format Username–PIN and are required to access the booking platform.

 

  1. Can I claim multiple login credentials?

No. Each customer may only retrieve one set of login credentials. However, you can use the same login to make multiple bookings under your name throughout the promotion period.

 

  1. What happens if I have misplaced my login credentials for the Booking platform? Can I request a new one?

You can retrieve your promo credentials anytime in the My Singtel app, under the same deal listing.

 

  1. Will the discount be automatically applied each time I book?

Yes, the discount (15% or 20%) will be automatically applied when you log in with your Username–PIN. You can make multiple bookings using the same login throughout the promotion period.

 

  1. Can I share my login credentials with someone else?

No. Your login credentials are unique and tied to your account. All bookings must be made by, and for, the same individual who owns the account and promo code. Accounts found making bookings on behalf of others or under multiple names may be permanently suspended. Bookings cancelled due to a breach of these terms will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Booking & Payments

  1. How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a booking confirmation email sent to your registered email address upon successful completion of your booking.

 

  1. How will I know if my payment is successful?

A booking confirmation email will be sent to your registered email if your payment is successful. If your payment fails, please try again using a different payment card.

  1. How do I cancel or amend my booking?

To cancel or amend a booking:

  • Log in to the Hotel Booking Platform with your credentials
  • Go to ‘View Bookings’
  • Review the ‘Important Information’ under Your Documents
  • Check the Hotel Cancellation Policy to see if fees apply or if the booking is non-refundable
  • If eligible, proceed by selecting ‘Cancel/Amend Booking’ to proceed

  1. What if I see a cheaper offer price on another travel platform—can I get the cheaper price for my booking? [na1]

Yes. If you find a cheaper offer on another travel platform, email singtel_cs@travelcredits.com within 24 hours of completing your booking with:

  • Screenshots
  • Link to the cheaper deal
  • Original booking details

If your claim meets the eligibility criteria, a promotional voucher (non-cash) will be issued for a future booking on the same platform. Refunds are in voucher form only and you must complete your original trip to qualify.
